The Lost

words

drizzling from lips

tongue spun tales

of this great self

accomplished knowledge

pouring forth

at the wrinkled face

silenced

and bent of time

the wisdom

burdened sage

knods understanding

the pause unquieted

nothing has been gained

the gifted nugget

not held

not to be found

in words still spilling always

lost

for want of grasping

Re-Learning Home

Thoughts

unsettled

twisting. Up

against the wall.

After,

the storm.

Welcomed escape.

Momentarily sheltering,

this fog.

Heavy as hell.

Knowing.

For peace sake-

I swallow words,

so many

many words.

Crammed full.

For need

aching bottomless.

Must re-learn.

Home.

Walking through,

emotions

seeking familiar.

Motions,

of another time.

Squeeze myself

down.

The significantly less

version,  myself

struggle without

Comfort, now

I remember.

Home.

S.O.T.S

(Shoveling out the sh*t, or Tending The Garden of..)

This,

a song, playing

does seem to bode well suiting, its message

lyric purpose..

At this hour of ungodly…

pain screaming,

thought spin, turn-toss,

can’t fall back to sleep

again,

the sanctuary soak,

toke, jacuzzi

tub of

Cathedral purification.

jets hot burst,

lactic freeing massage

muscle -memories..

pain.

process..

Send to fade.

I know I’ve shades

blue dark,

difficult hue

Love,

that makes a perfect duce.

Nothing is created without darkness..

that’s where creation sparks,

Life.

Without care,

anger can scorch, hot

rage,

a fire storm but the soak,

and wallow,

out root.

listen-feel-think-listen-see-learn.

Know

all colors

faceted

reflection hidden

fracture,

allowing light out

refracted  vibrancy in bloom.

Ahhhh……

release, breathe… let go.

I am.

light as..

this new feather

buoyant,

in water

spirit wash body cleansed view,

Natural-Energy-oil-change

This,

tending the garden

interior to bounds,

spiral out

now

love    grows

shine…

17 suns round.
